We do not guarantee account approval, reinstatement, sales volume, or specific financial results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our services.

4. No Guarantees

We provide professional consulting and operational assistance. However:

  • We do not control Amazon, eBay, or other third-party platforms.
  • We do not guarantee account reinstatement.
  • We do not guarantee specific sales or profit results.
  • Platform decisions remain solely with the respective marketplace.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with marketplace policies (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Avoid prohibited or illegal activities
  • Provide timely responses when required

Failure to comply may result in service termination without refund.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and documents are the property of AR ECOM RELIANCE LLC.

Clients may not copy, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

AR ECOM RELIANCE LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Marketplace account suspensions
  • Financial losses
  • Lost profits
  • Platform penalties
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. However, clients are responsible for protecting their own marketplace credentials and sensitive information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Suspend services
  • Terminate agreements

If a client violates policies, laws, or these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

AR ECOM RELIANCE LLC
(Consulting & Virtual Assistant Services Agreement)

Effective Date: 2/12/2026

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

AR ECOM RELIANCE LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company,
and
The Client (“Client”).

1. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide consulting and/or virtual assistant services including but not limited to:

  • Amazon account management
  • eBay account management
  • Product listing optimization
  • Policy compliance support
  • Business strategy consulting

Specific services will be defined in writing (invoice, proposal, or email confirmation).

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

The Company acts as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates:

  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Employment relationship

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made before services begin unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fees are outlined in invoices or proposals.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reason may result in immediate service termination.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Client understands:

  • Marketplace decisions (Amazon, eBay) are outside Company control.
  • Results depend on market conditions, competition, and platform policies.
  • No guarantee of revenue, reinstatement, or sales growth is made.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate login access (if required)
  • Maintain honest business practices
  • Follow marketplace policies
  • Respond promptly to requests

Client remains fully responsible for their marketplace account.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for:

  • Account suspensions
  • Financial losses
  • Platform bans
  • Business interruptions

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.

No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing services, signing an invoice, or making payment, Client agrees to this Service Agreement.
